Arts&Theatre + Edit&Play
Since day one, Edit&Play has always done work with arts & theatre companies and one of the last projects we did before lockdown was filming opening night for a theatre production that would close just after two shows. It became clear that in extraordinary times, many of our arts and theatre friends would need to make adjustments to keep their shows going. And we wanted to be there. So last year, we supported as many arts and theatre requests as we could manage, regardless of budget or scale. And in 2023, we will continue to be there, ready to make every day work.
Our Work
We don’t always produce work for mass viewership. In fact, on top of the work we share here for broadcast and social media, we love the fact we can also make highly personal information-heavy communication pieces for internal circulation. Edit&Play makes videos.
We ‘Make Every Day Work’. From the first day we opened for business in 2007, we believe in our responsibility to be sensible and efficient for our clients. In our best partnerships, we are often steps ahead, with an all rounded focus to look after messaging, aesthetics, timeline and budget.
Every team member is a storyteller. Every project is as good as the last and that’s why all of us in Edit&Play take pride in what we do. Maybe that’s why many of our clients we’ve made videos for from day one are still working with us.

We're Hiring!
When we started, the idea was to just buy a laptop, find a place and make some money editing videos. It has grown from one person to two to now, a cosy space we call our 2nd home, housing 10 producers, editors and animators.
We don’t go after the same pie as many other video production companies but we’re extra grateful for colleagues, clients and collaborators who still vibe with us after all these years. For those who have been a part of our videos, you are awesome!
We turn 8 this year and we’re now expanding. We’d like to invite you to join us in a full time role in creating new works – one with your signature. We’re looking for directors, editor, animators, creatives. Please drop us a note at contact page, thanks!
